Location: Salt Lake City, UT, - (Mon and Tues in office) Hybrid

Responsibilities:

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience leading a development team implementing principles of Agile software development
• 5+ years experience with SAFe
• Experience as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment
• Strong knowledge of SAFe, Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles
• Experience working on Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
• Proven ability to coach teams and leaders in Agile ways of working
• Strong facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience using Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification
• Experience with large-scale or enterprise Agile transformations
• Background in software development, QA, DevOps, or product management
• Experience working with distributed or multi-team environments
• Additional SAFe certifications (SA, SPC, RTE) a plus

Scoring:

• 20% - Cost
• 30% - Leading a software development team
• 20% - Experience with an eligibility and enrollment system, or other Governmental systems particularly that related to public benefits or payments/collections.
• 10% - Experience coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe principles
• 20% - Experience using Jira to track and report on work
