Altimetrik is seeking an experienced Data & Technology Program Manager / Product Owner to lead complex business and technology transformation initiatives for its banking and financial services clients.

The ideal candidate will combine program/project management, product ownership, business analysis, data engineering, and stakeholder management expertise. Candidates should demonstrate a progressive career path such as Business Analyst Project/Program Manager or Developer Business Analyst Project/Program Manager.

This role will oversee strategic data and technology initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, align business and technology roadmaps, and drive projects from requirements through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new and ongoing data engineering and technology initiatives in partnership with client Product and Business teams.
• Work closely with customer stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements.
• Develop and maintain project and product artifacts, including user stories, API specifications, process flows, prototypes, and functional documentation.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery across the SDLC, including scope, planning, resource allocation, dependencies, integration, scheduling, and execution.
• Establish and maintain project governance covering resource capacity, schedules, risks, issues, executive reporting, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Own critical issues and coordinate with appropriate technical and business teams to ensure successful resolution.
• Partner with Track Leads and Scrum Masters to maintain project plans and proactively address constraints and bottlenecks.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain alignment around priorities, objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, product demonstrations, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
• Provide executive-level reporting and project communications to senior leadership and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, data, and operational teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Conduct impact analysis for new requirements and identify downstream dependencies.
• Track complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and technology dependencies.

Required Qualifications

• 12 15 years of overall professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, or related technology roles.
• Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and product development lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong Data & Analytics (D&A) background, preferably involving application development, data engineering, analytics, or related technologies.
• Experience delivering projects involving:
  • Data Engineering
  • Data Migration
  • Data Foundation / Data Platform Development
  • Data Analytics
  • BI / Reporting Tools
• Strong project management and documentation experience using tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate requirements for technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, or PSPO certification.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services business processes.
• Experience working on corporate finance projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise banking or financial services clients.
