Pay Range: $55 - $60/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Support teams in delivering high-quality products within the Wealth Management sector.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to remove impediments and enhance team performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile best practices.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 5-7 years of Scrum Master experience.
- Strong background in Agile/SAFe methodologies.
- Experience in Wealth Management/Financial Services is strongly preferred.
- Agile delivery experience; AWS exposure preferred.
