Job Title: UiPath Test Automation Lead

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UiPath Test Automation Lead to design, develop, and manage end-to-end automation testing solutions using UiPath. The ideal candidate will lead a team of automation testers, define testing strategies, and ensure high-quality delivery through scalable automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of automation testing frameworks using UiPath Test Suite
• Define test strategy, test plans, and automation roadmaps
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing
• Integrate automation scripts with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Collaborate with RPA developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure test coverage
• Review and optimize existing automation processes for performance and scalability
• Mentor and guide junior automation engineers
• Analyze test results, generate reports, and provide actionable insights
• Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 5 8+ years of experience in QA/automation testing
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Test Suite / RPA
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)
• Knowledge of programming/scripting (C#, VB.NET, or similar)
• Experience with API testing and integration testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• UiPath certifications (e.g., Advanced RPA Developer or Test Suite certification)
• Experience with other automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, etc.)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of performance and security testing
