Summary

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably supporting Salesforce CRM platforms (Sales Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud).

• Salesforce Administrator experience, including hands-on exposure to configuration such as fields, page layouts, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic security model concepts (profiles, permission sets, roles).

• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence for requirements tracking and documentation.

• Proven experience creating BRDs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.

• Demonstrated ability to build user journeys, workflows, and diagrams using tools such as Lucidchart, Visio, or Miro.

• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience preparing executive-ready PowerPoint decks and managing deliverables via Smartsheet or similar tools.

• Working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, data model, automation tools (Flows), and integration patterns.

Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus, but not required.

Hands-On Expectations

  • Ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce-ready solutions
  • Can validate requirements directly within Salesforce (fields, layouts, flows, reports)
  • Prior Salesforce administration or system integration experience
  • Can perform business-level QA and UAT testing against documented user stories

 

Additional Helpful Skills

• Experience with Einstein / AI features (optional but valuable)
