Introduction:
This position is for a ServiceNow / ITIL Business Systems Analyst with Agile & Data Center Integration & Sunbird (DCIM) skills. The role will involve working remotely and collaborating with the team to support our client''s IT operations.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize ServiceNow platform to analyze and improve business processes
- Implement ITIL best practices to optimize service delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions
- Assist in Data Center Integration projects
- Utilize Sunbird (DCIM) skills for efficient data center management
- Participate in Agile development methodologies
- Provide support for IT operations and troubleshoot system issues
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Experience with ServiceNow platform
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Ability to work in a remote environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Data Center Integration
- Proficiency in Sunbird (DCIM) tools
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
