Full stack Python AI Engineer

Required Qualifications 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience. 
• 8+ years of professional software development experience, including 8+ years of hands-on 
Python. 
• Strong experience building production-grade applications with FastAPI, and a solid grasp of 
REST API design and backend architecture. 
• Experience with asynchronous programming in Python. 
• Experience integrating applications with Snowflake and working with Databricks. 
• Experience with Apache Iceberg tables and modern lakehouse architectures. 
• Experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure. 
• Experience building AI-enabled or GenAI applications, including LLM integration (Azure OpenAI, 
OpenAI, Anthropic or similar). 
• Experience with vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). 
• Experience with MLflow or MLOps practices. 
• Strong knowledge of SQL and database design. 
• Experience with Docker and writing unit, integration and automated tests. 
• Excellent debugging, analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong communication and 
collaboration skills. 
Preferred Qualifications 
• Front-end experience with a modern framework such as React or Angular and TypeScript. 
• Experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions or Azure App Services. 
• Experience with Azure API Management, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Event Hubs or Service 
Bus. 
• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code tools, and with Azure DevOps CI/CD. 
• Familiarity with Spark and PySpark. 
• Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures. 
• Exposure to telecommunications, financial services or other large enterprise environments.
