Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Data Warehouse Consultant to support Company. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in enterprise data warehousing, ETL/ELT development, SQL-based data integration, database modernization, and business intelligence solutions. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, State Agency teams, and technical resources to design, develop, and implement scalable data solutions that support critical business operations and reporting needs.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working with State Agency/business subject matter experts, ITS teams, and COTS vendors to analyze requirements and design enterprise data warehouse, application integration, and master data management solutions.
- 7+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing enterprise data warehouse solutions, including data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, automated data ingestion, data transformation workflows, workflow orchestration, and scheduling.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience developing data integration and business intelligence solutions using SQL in State Agency environments.
- 6+ years of experience conducting database comparative analysis for new transactional databases, data warehouses, and modernization of existing database environments.
- 5+ years of experience applying analytical reasoning, data interpretation, and problem-solving techniques to support business objectives.
- 3+ years of experience implementing automated process controls, including error handling, logging, monitoring, and recovery mechanisms.
- 3+ years of experience working in enterprise environments and collaborating with business analysts, developers, architects, and other cross-functional teams.

- Design and implement enterprise data warehouse architectures and data integration solutions.
- Develop and optimize ETL/ELT processes and automated workflows.
