Macro Helix is the premier provider of 340B program management technology for hospital health system covered entities and retail contract pharmacy networks.
As a Software Engineer, you will engage in product development primarily utilizing C#, Angular, and SQL Server. Working under limited supervision, you will determine and develop solutions to a diverse range of complex problems, applying judgment within established policies and practices. As a member of this expanding team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of technologies such as Azure Cloud, Databricks, and Snowflake, gaining high visibility within the organization. Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, deploy, and support enterprise applications using C#, Angular, SQL Server, and modern SaaS development practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that address complex business needs.
- Partner with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to define requirements, modernize applications, and improve system reliability and performance.
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, deployment, and production support.
- Promote code quality through unit testing, code reviews, CI/CD practices, Agile ceremonies, and automated deployment processes.
Minimum Requirement- Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience.
- 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
Critical Skills- 4+ years of software development experience building enterprise applications in a collaborative, team-based environment.
- Strong experience with C#/.NET Core, SQL Server, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and object-oriented design principles.
- Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable backend solutions.
- Experience with Azure (preferred), AWS, or Google Cloud, including cloud services, application deployment, and data integration technologies.
- Demonstrated success implementing CI/CD pipelines and leveraging tools such as GitHub, Jira, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
Additional Skills- Experience developing and deploying cloud-based applications using Azure and container technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, ETL processes, and modern frontend frameworks including Angular.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.
