Role Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Developer for an entry-level position. This role is for individuals with 0-3 years of experience or entry level candidates who are interested in building modern, scalable applications. The position is ideal for someone with strong software fundamentals and exposure to using AI as part of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation. You will work across the stack, contribute to production systems, and be part of a team that values clean code and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications.
- Build backend services using Python, Java, or Node.js and work with modern frontend frameworks like React.
- Develop and integrate APIs and microservices.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices.
- Leverage AI tools to assist in development tasks across the SDLC.
- Participate in system design discussions with a focus on scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Support applications in production, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated build and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Continuously learn and adopt new tools, including improvements in AI-driven development workflows.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in software development, including internships or academic projects.
Technical Skills:- Programming experience in Python, Java, or Node.js.
- Familiarity with a frontend framework such as React.
- Understanding of web technologies, object-oriented programming principles, REST APIs, and databases (SQL and/or NoSQL).
- Working knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit/integration tests.
AI Exposure (AI-Enabled SDLC):- Exposure to using AI tools for code generation, testing, debugging, or documentation.
- Basic understanding of prompt structuring and context handling.
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated output, validate correctness, and make improvements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship or project experience building full stack applications.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Docker or containerization.
- Experience with CI/CD or automated deployment pipelines.
- Exposure to debugging, monitoring, or production support.
