Summary

Job Title: Talent Acquisition Associate

Location: McLean, VA - Richmond, VA - Plano, TX (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 months + Possibility to Extend and/or Convertr to FTE

Pay Rate: $28 - $32/HR (W2 Only)

Job/Role Description:


  • This role supports the Talent Acquisition team in attracting, engaging, and retaining great talent by delivering a best-in-class experience for candidates and hiring teams within our client's organization.
  • This position is part of the Internal Mobility team and provides an exceptional, streamlined experience to internal associates and contractors seeking their next role within the organization.
  • This role supports recruiting activities for non-exempt internal associates transitioning into professional roles such as Business Analyst, Product Management, Process/Project Management, and similar positions.
  • Effectively manage internal candidates through the recruiting and selection process and oversee contractor conversions to full-time roles.
  • Build strong relationships with internal candidates at high volume and serve as a key point of contact throughout the interview and offer stages.
  • Collaborate directly with hiring managers and full lifecycle recruiting partners to support internal hiring needs and help prepare associates for next steps in the interview process.
  • Host recurring internal recruiting events alongside hiring managers to market open roles to associates across the organization.
  • Educate hiring managers on internal mobility processes and policies while partnering with them to ensure a streamlined interview process.
  • Coordinate with the Interview Logistics Team, Internal Mobility policy team, and other key Talent Acquisition partners to maintain an efficient, well-managed process.
  • Support management of departmental data systems, including candidate tracking databases, decision-making tools, and ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Perform administrative tasks to ensure adherence to required processes, policies, and compliance steps.
  • Participate in special projects, ongoing training, and team meetings to support continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a strong focus on client management and delivering an outstanding candidate experience at every stage.

Required Qualifications


  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Talent Acquisition Operations role
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage high-volume candidate interactions with professionalism and care
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and commitment to process adherence and compliance
  • Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining focus on candidate experience
  • Highly self-motivated and directed with strong collaboration skills across hiring managers, recruiters, and cross-functional teams
  • Experience supporting recruiting processes and working directly with internal stakeholders
  • Experience with candidate tracking systems, data management tools, and reporting is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience as a full life-cycle recruiter is a plus
  • Experience hosting internal events or facilitating presentations is a plus
