Role: Senior Analyst Manager (Federal Program Analytics)
Location: It's hybrid — primarily remote, with limited onsite presence in Washington, DC
Employment Type: (Contract / Full-Time)
 
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst Manager to lead a multidisciplinary analytics team supporting a Federal disability program. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large-scale federal program data, leading statistical analysis initiatives, and delivering executive-level reporting to federal stakeholders.
This role requires strong expertise in Federal Human Services/Disability Programs, advanced analytics, program evaluation, and leadership.

Required Qualifications

Education
  • Master's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or another quantitative discipline.
  • Bachelor's degree with additional relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
  • 8+ years of experience in:
    • Data Analytics
    • Statistical Analysis
    • Program Evaluation
    • Federal Reporting
  • Several years leading teams or supervising analysts.
  • Experience supporting Federal Government programs is required.
  • Experience with Disability Programs is strongly preferred.

Required Technical Skills
  • Advanced statistical analysis
  • Performance measurement & KPI development
  • Program evaluation methodologies
  • Longitudinal and comparative analysis
  • SQL
  • R and/or Python
    • pandas

  • Data ingestion and transformation
  • Data validation and quality assurance

Federal Domain Experience (Highly Preferred)
Candidates with experience supporting any of the following are strongly encouraged to apply:
  • Administration on Disabilities (AoD)
  • Developmental Disabilities Councils (DD Councils)
  • Protection & Advocacy (P&A)
  • University Centers for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCEDDs)
  • Centers for Independent Living (CILs)
  • Protection & Advocacy for Native Americans (PNS)
Experience supporting Federal Human Services, Health, or Disability-related agencies is highly desirable.

Leadership Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team.
  • Manage multiple reporting cycles and competing priorities.
  • Present findings to Federal leadership.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for the Federal COR.
  • Produce high-quality analytical deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Security Requirement
  • Must be eligible to pass a Federal Background Investigation.
  • Ability to obtain HSPD-12/PIV credentials.
