Position Summary:
Our partner is a defense technology company building autonomous systems and robotics platforms that support complex manufacturing and government environments. As the organization scales, they are seeking a Senior Business Systems Manager to own and evolve the enterprise systems landscape, with primary responsibility for NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing context.
This role blends hands-on ERP expertise with enterprise architecture leadership. You will ensure systems are properly designed, integrated, and aligned to support operational growth across manufacturing, finance, and revenue functions. In this position, you will review solution designs, guide system integrations, and troubleshoot ERP configuration challenges, while shaping how data flows across the organization. As the technical owner of the systems environment, you will drive both day to day execution and long-term platform strategy to enable scalable operations.

Experience and Education:
- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent experience/field
- Background working with NetSuite ERP in a manufacturing or operational environment
- Experience supporting or architecting enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or financial platforms
- Prior work within manufacturing, aerospace, defense, robotics, or industrial technology organizations
- Experience designing or supporting integrations between enterprise systems and operational platforms
- Exposure to Department of Defense (DoD) or public sector technology environments

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Own the architecture, performance, and scalability of enterprise business systems
- Lead NetSuite ERP configuration and optimization within a manufacturing environment
- Ensure seamless integration across ERP, CRM, financial, and operational platforms
- Review and validate system designs to ensure quality and long-term maintainability
- Diagnose and resolve system and ERP configuration issues impacting operations
- Ensure accuracy of manufacturing data, including inventory, production, and cost accounting
- Establish and enforce standards for system architecture, configuration, and data integrity
- Provide hands on technical leadership and guidance to systems analysts and engineers
- Partner with PMO and cross functional teams to deliver systems initiatives
- Collaborate with Business Intelligence to ensure reliable and scalable data foundations
