The ideal candidate is a strong servant leader with exceptional interpersonal skills, experience working with globally distributed teams, and a passion for helping teams achieve successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Jira boards, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into team progress and delivery metrics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
  • Monitor team health, sprint performance, and Agile maturity, recommending improvements where needed.
  • Support enterprise-wide transformation efforts by helping teams adopt and scale Agile practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master supporting Agile software development teams.
  • Proven experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Jira, including board management, sprint tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience working with geographically dispersed or global teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively remove obstacles and improve team effectiveness.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and coach teams at varying levels of Agile maturity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise application implementations or system replacement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of Agile scaling frameworks and enterprise Agile environments.
  • Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SAFe Scrum Master are preferred.
  • Experience coaching Product Owners on backlog management, prioritization, and ownership responsibilities.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • A collaborative, servant-leader mindset.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational environments and influence without authority.
