Mandatory Qualifications:
Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects
with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Developer
Five or more years of experience in design and implement analytical data
warehouse schemas (star, snowflake, and hybrid models) in cloud platforms
Five or more years of experience in translating business reporting requirements
into fact and dimension models.
Desirable Qualifications:
Seven years or more experience in a Government Regulated setting.
Five years of demonstrated hands-on experience with design & development of analytics ready data sets optimized for BI consumption
Five years or more of demonstrated hands-on experience developing data
models, data mappings, data migrations and assisting in data warehouse design
Seven years of experience in Delta Lake, Workflows, SQL, PySpark and job
orchestrations
Seven or more years of experience in enterprise data warehousing and analytics
Seven years or more experience in aligning warehouse design with enterprise
data governance security and compliance standards
Seven years or more experience working with design artifacts, diagrams and
implementation, documentation, providing architecture guidance, best practices,
and design reviews.
Seven years or more experience with advanced SQL and Spark performance
tuning.
Seven years or more experience in supporting complex data integrations across
hybrid solutions
Five or more years of experience with Data brickson AWS cloud platform
Duties/Responsibilities:
Daily activities will include, but are not limited to: Responsible for the
design, development and deployment of multi-dimensional reports using the
Cognos Business Intelligence suite of products Provides analysis,
design, development, testing and implementation of Business Intelligence,
Ad-hoc and Operational Reporting.
Maintains and curates a central repository of enterprise Business Intelligence
assets including dashboards, visualization and interactive reports. Monitor daily
reports that
identify data inconsistencies, determine the resolution and revise the incorrect
operational data.
Enables capabilities available in the Business Intelligence technology such as
drill-through functionality, KPI and scorecard reporting, advanced visualizations
including mapping and geospatial analysis, predictive analytics, and other
capabilities as they arise. Communicate and coordinate with members of the
development team to work across multiple projects.
Explore, actively support and work on new technology initiatives that may be of
interest to the organization.
Actively participate in troubleshooting any technical issues that the program may
have. Other duties as assigned
