Job Overview

We are seeking a UX Designer with 3 7 years of experience who is passionate about creating intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in design thinking, user research, interaction design, and usability testing, and enjoys collaborating with Product Managers, Engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex business problems.

This role requires someone who can independently drive the UX process from discovery through implementation while advocating for users and delivering elegant, scalable design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research through interviews, workshops, surveys, and stakeholder discussions to understand user needs and business objectives.
• Define UX concepts, interaction models, and user-centered solutions based on research insights.
• Create UX deliverables including:
  • Personas
  • Customer Journey Maps
  • User Flows
  • Information Architecture
  • Wireframes
  • Mockups
  • Interactive Prototypes
• Plan and facilitate UX workshops, design thinking sessions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate findings into iterative design improvements.
• Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications.
• Work within and contribute to an established Design System to ensure consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and communicate design rationale effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, and other designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices are followed.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, design reviews, and retrospectives.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities while delivering high-quality design solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3 7 years of experience designing user experiences for web and/or mobile applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design projects.
• Experience with enterprise applications, workflow systems, or complex business applications.
• Strong understanding of:
