Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced IBM Integration Bus (IIB) Developer / Support Engineer with strong middleware development and production support experience.

Responsibilities:

Resolve different types of job abends, including data issues and code bypass, within quick turnaround time.

Take ownership of complex production issues and provide RCA.

Develop and maintain process and procedure documentation.

Independently work on middleware development while liaising with Business and IT teams.

DataPower development and configuration

DataPower restart and end-to-end validation

Certificate/key changes and password updates for Front Side Handlers

Production support, maintenance, and technical consulting for software components and infrastructure

Emergency support for components and applications

Backup support for project development and production support when team members are unava
