Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and skilled Python Developer with 1–5 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong fundamentals in Python, experience building applications and APIs, and a good understanding of software development practices.

This is an onsite opportunity in the United States. Candidates should be comfortable working collaboratively with developers, QA engineers, and other technical teams.

Required Skills

• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in Python development
• Strong knowledge of Python 3.x
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Good understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP)
• Experience with SQL and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub/GitLab
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and writing clean, maintainable code
• Knowledge of unit testing and testing frameworks such as PyTest or unittest
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Exposure to Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
• Exposure to Redis, Celery, or message queues
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable Python applications
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable Python code
• Work with databases and optimize queries when required
• Debug and resolve application issues and production defects
• Write unit tests and participate in code reviews
• Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product teams
• Participate in requirements analysis, technical discussions, and sprint planning
• Contribute to improving application performance, reliability, and scalability
• Follow established coding standards and software development best practices
• Document technical solutions and application functionality

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 1–5 years of relevant professional software development experience
• Strong programming and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work onsite in the United States
