Location: Des Moines, onsite(Need Locals Only)

Note - Candidates from the financial field will be highly preferred.

Job Description - 

MUST BE Onsite 3-4 days a week.

I have already worked with Melissa Billings, Julie Jungmann, Coral Graham, Carl Tarantino in our market. Rachel Standley as well. 

1. Why is this position open? How is it impacting the business? We have a high priority program with 18 workstreams implementing Oracle ERP System and are looking for a scrum master to help facilitate a subset of those workstreams.

2. Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like: Helping the workstream leaders facilitate the necessary activities to accomplish their objectives. Mostly, scheduling and facilitating Agile ceremonies, helping organize and prioritize work, managing tasks within Jira, holding accountability, and removing impediments.

3. What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Office 365

4. What skills are you looking for in the ideal candidate? a. Preferred
• Ability to lead/direct multiple interdependent teams; managing them independently, but helping them make connections across.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across levels and roles (both business and IT).
• Strong Agile skills; both to work in an Agile environment and help those not familiar with Agile learn, understand, and work in an Agile environment.

• Experience working in Jira, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

i. Experience helping people navigate change (change management)
ii. Experience with Oracle ERP System implementation
iii. Coordination of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance testing

6. What is the size and culture of the team? Multiple workstreams with each workstream comprised of 5-10+ team members Mix of technical and business staff High collaboration with internal home office and global staff and external implementation partners

7. Will this person interact with any other Principal departments? Yes, this position interacts with individuals from across the enterprise, including a variety of business units

8. Is this role onsite or remote? MUST BE Onsite 3-4 days a week.

9. How long is this contract expected to last? Is there a possibility of extension beyond this date? Duration anticipated to be January through December 2026
