Senior Scheduler

Location: Bronx, NY

Work Arrangement: 100% On-Site (5 Days per Week)

Salary: $160,000-190,000

Senior Scheduler - Construction

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Scheduler with
10+ years of construction scheduling experience to develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.

  • Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts from changes or delays.

  • Collaborate with project teams to establish milestones, sequencing, and resource planning.

  • Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.

  • Support claims analysis, time extension requests, and recovery schedules as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project controls standards.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

  • Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.

  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction methodologies, and project controls.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • PMI-SP, PSP, or related certifications are a plus.
