Senior Scheduler - Construction Position Summary We are seeking an experienced
Senior Scheduler with
10+ years of construction scheduling experience to develop, maintain, and oversee project schedules for large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform critical path analysis and evaluate schedule impacts from changes or delays.
- Collaborate with project teams to establish milestones, sequencing, and resource planning.
- Prepare schedule reports, forecasts, and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Support claims analysis, time extension requests, and recovery schedules as needed.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project controls standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of construction scheduling experience on commercial, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale projects.
- Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling, construction methodologies, and project controls.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMI-SP, PSP, or related certifications are a plus.
