Genesis10 is currently seeking a .NET Software Engineer for a position with a Global Financial Institution located in Pennington, NJ, Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role is for a Software Engineer who will join the Shared Technology Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and support of highly scalable, resilient, and reusable shared services and capabilities for enterprise-wide use, ensuring solutions are well-designed with maintainability and ease of integration built-in from the outset.
Responsibilities: - Perform development and support for shared capabilities
- Code solutions and unit tests to deliver on requirements per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance standards
- Ensure solutions are well-designed with maintainability, ease of integration, and testing built-in from the outset
Requirements: - Strong .NET skillset with an application security background
- Expertise in AngularJS, .Net Core, C#, WCF, and RESTful API development
- Experience with CI/CD processes and Jira
- Experience handling large-scale, multi-tiered applications
- Understanding of middleware technologies
- Experience in project delivery within an agile environment
- Experience in a CI/CD environment with automation
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Must be pro-active, enthusiastic, adaptable, and results-driven
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
