Senior Software Engineer – Android

We’re seeking a Senior Android Engineer to build best-in-class fitness and wellness applications that integrate with health sensors (CGMs, smartwatches, BP monitors, smart scales, etc.) and deliver exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Android applications

• Write scalable, high-quality Kotlin code

• Integrate health sensors and Bluetooth/IoT devices

• Mentor engineers and promote best practices

• Own complex technical challenges and product quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years Android development experience

• 3+ years Kotlin experience

• Experience integrating health/IoT sensors

• Experience with SQLite/local databases

• Comfortable using AI coding tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)

Nice to Have

• Flutter/Dart experience

• Python & AWS experience

• iOS/Swift experience

• Mobile CI/CD & Bluetooth expertise

Must be willing to expand skills into Flutter, Python, AWS, and AI system design within the first 90 days.
