Please consider applying for our Part-time Weekend Culinary Supervisor position at our Cobb Community. The Culinary Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily kitchen operations, including managing the culinary staff, menu execution, and food quality and safety.
This is a Part-time position requiring every other weekend with flex hours between first and second shift. This position does require a current ServSafe Manager certification.

Culinary Supervisor qualifications include:
- Current ServSafe Manager certification
- 1 year of Supervisory experience in Culinary services
- 2 years of experience working in health care setting
- Experience working in LTC/skilled nursing community preferred
- Experience working in a Person-directed care community preferred
- Strong knowledge of menu execution and compliance standards for meal service, food quality, and CMS requirements
- Genuine passion for working with elders
- Strong teamwork and leadership skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
