We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead change initiatives across SAP S/4HANA transformation projects.
This role is ideal for professionals with proven experience in ERP change management, especially across finance, supply chain, and operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years of OCM experience, with 3+ full-cycle ERP implementations (SAP S/4HANA strongly preferred).
• Lead OCM planning and execution for greenfield and brownfield SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Familiarity with SAP implementation methodology and change integration points.
• Strong understanding of business process transformation (P2P, O2C, R2R).
• Experience in cross-functional and lean project environments.
• Monitor organizational readiness and adoption using meaningful metrics
• Capability to independently create communication and training content.
• Have a basic working knowledge of enterprise technology best practices and architecture, including hardware, software, network, and applications. Coordinate governance requirements in support of SAP project implementation
