Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Process Lead (BPL) with strong SAP process knowledge and the ability to understand business needs, analyze current-state processes, and translate those needs into clear business and technical requirements. This role partners closely with business stakeholders and a System Integrator in a "2-in-a-box" delivery model to support scalable, automated, and audit-ready ERP solutions across Quality (Incoming Inspection) and Manufacturing Operations (Capacity Planning) in a complex, multi-system manufacturing environment.

Rate: $85.00 to $95.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end process design for Incoming Inspection and Capacity Planning within SAP S/4HANA
  • Transform manual and spreadsheet-driven processes into integrated, system-enabled workflows
  • Define requirements for inspection lifecycle, quality data models, NCR/CAPA workflows, and supplier quality processes
  • Design capacity planning framework including master data, labor/machine modeling, and MRP integration
  • Drive integration across legacy systems and SAP to ensure data flow, traceability, and process automation
  • Facilitate design workshops, lead demos, and support UAT validation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Finance, Engineering) to align end-to-end processes
  • Train business leads and support organizational change and adoption


Experience Requirements:
  • Hands-on SAP S/4HANA implementation or business process design experience within QM and/or PP/Capacity Planning
  • Deep understanding of SAP QM processes, including inspection lots, inspection plans, usage decisions, NCR/CAPA, and supplier quality
  • Strong understanding of SAP PP/Capacity Planning processes, including work centers, routings, RCCP/CRP, and MRP integration
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into clear functional, technical, and process requirements
  • Background in discrete or mixed-mode manufacturing environments
  • Experience defining integrated SAP solutions across multiple legacy systems, PLM, or shop-floor systems
  • Strong business process analysis, requirements documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder communication skills

Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent SAP implementation experience may be considered.
  • SAP S/4HANA QM and/or PP certification
