This position is part of the Imaging department within the larger Clinical Ancillary Retail Technologies group in CDTS. Our mandate is to drive the deployment and support of Medical Imaging standard products (Applications) that meet the needs of our Clinical partners and KP Membership across the Enterprise. As a PACS administrator, this Senior-level position will provide clinician-facing and application lifecycle support for our Radiology PACS, Reporting, and ancillary Medical Imaging applications and technologies in the KP Northwest (Portland) market, and will provide senior-level (System Admin IV) technical expertise to junior members of the NW PACS administration team. The role supports the stability, availability, and performance of imaging systems and participates in regional and enterprise initiatives to deploy, upgrade, and transition imaging solutions. This position collaborates with clinical stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, contributes to change management and documentation activities, and participates in an on-call support rotation. The team-s primary location is the Lake Oswego, OR area, with support provided to multiple clinical facilities across Oregon and southwest Washington, and the role includes some onsite presence as part of operational support. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.

In addition, this position plans the implementation of hardware and software changes into environments and participates in and influences change management processes.

Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum one (1) year in an informal leadership role working with IT or operational teams.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Social Science, Education, Business, Health Care or related field and Minimum six (6) years working in IT or operations. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
Preferred Qualifications:- Four (4) years system administration experience.
- One (1) year of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above)
- Three (3) years experience working in a large matrixed organization.
- Four (4) years experience writing documentation or standard operating procedures related to system administration.
- Two (2) years experience working with IT vendors.
