Job Description:
- Custom Development: Build custom enterprise applications using Apex (classes, triggers, batch processes) and modern front-end frameworks like Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura.
- System Integration: Design and implement secure, scalable integrations between Salesforce and external legacy systems or third-party platforms via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
- Architecture & Governance: Define application data models, establish coding standards, enforce object-oriented programming principles, and review code to ensure platform scalability and performance.
- Declarative Solutions: Evaluate system enhancements using a "configuration first" approach, leveraging Salesforce Flows and advanced declarative tools before writing custom code.
- Release Management: Manage the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), driving sandbox management, data migrations, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Team Mentorship: Guide junior developers through complex troubleshooting, technical documentation curation, and optimal design patterns.
- Languages: Deep proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SOQL/SOSL.
- Frameworks: Hands-on mastery of Lightning Web Components (LWC) and the Lightning Component Framework.
- Cloud Environments: Extensive experience across core clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Data Management: Proven track record handling large data volumes, bulkification techniques, and complex data migration strategies.
