Seeking two Associate Level Platform Admins with experience in Databricks.
The Platform Administrator supports the design, operations, and governance of the organization's Databricks and Azure-based data platform. This role focuses heavily on Databricks platform administration, including cluster configuration, Unity Catalog permissions, workspace management, performance monitoring, and API-driven automation.
The ideal candidate brings a background in cloud engineering with a strong emphasis on Azure, paired with hands-on experience supporting enterprise data platforms. Responsibilities include implementing and refining governance models, administering access controls, optimizing compute environments, and ensuring platform scalability and security.
This role interacts with data engineers, analysts, security teams, and business stakeholders while contributing to both day-to-day operations and long-term platform enhancements. Candidates should be excited about growth, continuous learning, and helping evolve a modern cloud data ecosystem.

- Knowledge of external access control patterns (service principals, SQL warehouses)

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Appleton, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
