Job Title: DOR Developer 1
Job Summary:
Under direct supervision, designs, codes, tests, modifies, and debugs computer software. Researches and analyzes program and system issues, develops program documentation, and translates business requirements into secure, maintainable code. Supports the configuration and maintenance of enterprise applications and assists with software development activities in a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with any Microsoft .NET programming language
Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated resiliency and adaptability
Ability to work effectively in a small team environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
Experience working within software development organizations
Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
Analyze system and program requirements
Create and maintain technical documentation
Develop secure and maintainable code
Collaborate with team members on development projects
Support application configuration and enhancement activities
Participate in code reviews and testing efforts
Assist with system improvements and process optimization
