Summary
Baer is looking for a SAP SuccessFactors HCM Talent Solution Architect for a 3+ month contract to hire project in Dallas, TX.
Title: SAP SuccessFactors HCM Talent Solution Architect
Location: Hybrid with Onsite In Dallas, TX Required
Duration: 3 months - Contract-to-Hire
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Role Overview
We are seeking an IT SuccessFactors Solution Architect to support Human Capital Management (HCM) and Talent Management applications, including Employee Central, Learning, Performance, Recruiting, and Compensation. This role partners closely with business stakeholders to design, build, test, deploy, and support high-quality IT solutions that improve HR and talent processes.
Description:
- Translate business requirements into scalable HCM and Talent system designs
- Gather requirements and create functional specifications
- Design, build, test, deploy, and support SuccessFactors and SAP HCM solutions
- Manage application security, user roles, and access controls
- Develop and execute test plans, including unit, integration, and UAT support
- Lead solution design reviews and recommend system/process improvements
- Manage projects through the full SDLC to deliver on time and within budget
- Partner with business users, vendors, and managed service providers (onshore/offshore)
- Support change management, SOX documentation, and incident resolution
- Establish standards, best practices, and fit/gap assessments
- Ensure alignment with IT architecture, cybersecurity, and compliance standards
- Lead process improvement and change management efforts
- Support user adoption through training and guidance
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience with SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong experience with: SuccessFactors Employee Central, Learning, Performance/Goal Management, Recruiting, Compensation and SAP HCM
- Experience with third-party recruiting and learning tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.)
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent)
- Experience in process redesign, consulting, and project management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong customer focus with both tactical and strategic mindset
