V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Business Analyst I for our premier client in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Education and Experience
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong understanding of messaging technologies and personalized communication triggers.
- Jira proficiency is a needed.
- Familiarity with CPaaS platforms (big plus) and messaging tools (Adobe suite or similar) but not a deal breaker.
- Understanding of data structures and frameworks (messaging is data-driven).
- Ideal backgrounds:
- Product Marketing professionals with experience collaborating with engineering teams.
- Product-focused candidates with messaging experience.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between engineering and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
- Elicit requirements and maintain strong communication across all phases.
- Drive requirements for building capabilities on a mature messaging platform with room for growth.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- 50% with development teams (Agile environment).
- 50% with stakeholders benefiting from the solution.
