Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Material Handler (Manufacturing).

Job Description:

Job Title: Material Handler (Manufacturing)

Job Type: Contract

Job Location: Milpitas, CA

Work Schedule: On-site

Pay Rate: $24 Based on experience.

Job Description:

Shift 1 coverage is from 6am - 3pm.
Performs the physical or administrative tasks involved in the shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, storing and distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment.
Unpacks and checks goods received against purchase orders or invoices, maintains records of received goods and rejects unsatisfactory items.
Lifts heavy items and may operate a forklift.
Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped.
Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares goods for final shipment.
Examines, stocks and distributes materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
May prepare kitting packages for assembly production.
Typically requires a minimum of 2 - 4 years of related experience.
