Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HR (HCM) Consultant to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll. The consultant will be responsible for implementation, configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP HR solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP HR/HCM solutions

• Configure and support SAP HR modules (PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, ESS/MSS)

• Participate in SAP HR implementation and rollout projects

• Provide production support and resolve HR-related SAP issues

• Perform system configuration, testing (Unit, Integration, UAT), and documentation

• Support payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Collaborate with HR business users and IT teams

• Assist in data migration and system integration activities

• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams

• Conduct end-user training sessions and create user manuals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP HR/HCM experience

• Strong knowledge of core HR modules:

  • Personnel Administration (PA)

  • Organizational Management (OM)

  • Time Management (TM)

  • Payroll

• Experience in SAP HR configuration and customization

• Good understanding of HR business processes

• Experience in handling support tickets and enhancements

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP HCM Certification

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integration

• Knowledge of Employee Central

• Experience in global payroll implementations

• Familiarity with SAP Fiori for HR

• Understanding of HR legal and statutory compliance
