Summary

Title: Enterprise DevSecOps Engineer - Cloud & Data Platform
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview
We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer with strong AWS and automation experience to support CI/CD, security, and operational pipelines for a large-scale cloud data platform. This role will be responsible for implementing secure deployment workflows, code quality controls, infrastructure automation, and environment configuration.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline.
Implement DevSecOps controls, including SAST, IaC scanning, and configuration validation.
Manage deployments for Snowflake, Airflow, dbt, and AWS services.
Develop Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).
Integrate authentication and access controls (Okta, IAM, SSO).
Support environment provisioning, monitoring, logging, and automation.
Troubleshoot build, deployment, and environment issues.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and Developers to streamline release cycles.

Required Qualifications

5+ years of DevOps or DevSecOps experience.
Strong experience with AWS (GovCloud experience preferred).
Experience building automated CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Experience implementing code scanning tools and security automation.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, IAM, and containerization (ECS/EKS).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting data engineering or analytics platforms.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or serverless environments.
Experience with Snowflake or Airflow deployment automation.
