Business Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst who will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze processes, and translate requirements into clear functional and technical documentation. The ideal candidate will help drive data-driven decision-making and support successful project delivery.

Location- Anywhere in US
Mandatory - Dental Experience 

Experience range- 5-10 Years
Contract Duration – 3 months

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders

• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

• Conduct process analysis, gap analysis, and impact analysis

• Work closely with product owners, developers, QA, and data teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented

• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement review sessions

• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases and validating solutions

• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents

• Monitor project progress and assist in change management activities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

• Ensure alignment between business goals and delivered solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst in IT or business transformation projects

• Excellent requirement elicitation and documentation skills

• Experience with Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, PowerPoint

• Understanding of SDLC and software development processes

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in data, BI, or analytics projects

• Knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools

• Domain experience in Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, or other relevant industries

• Experience working with cross-functional and global teams

• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent
