Windchill Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Windchill Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PTC Windchill PLM, Java-based customization, and enterprise system integrations. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and supporting Windchill solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable PLM applications that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

·                  Design, develop, customize, and maintain PTC Windchill PLM solutions.

·                  Configure and customize Windchill workflows, lifecycle states, business rules, and access controls.

·                  Develop custom Java solutions, server-side components, and user interface customizations within Windchill.

·                  Build and maintain integrations between Windchill and enterprise applications such as ERP, MES, SAP, Oracle, and other third-party systems.

·                  Develop and consume REST and SOAP web services for system integration.

·                  Create and optimize SQL queries and database objects to support application functionality.

·                  Troubleshoot and resolve application, integration, and performance issues.

·                  Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

·                  Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployment activities.

·                  Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and support documentation.

·                  Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

·                  Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
