Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Technical Analyst with a strong background in Oracle Banking, Oracle ERP Finance, and Loan Origination/Lending Systems. The ideal candidate should have expertise in system analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and Agile delivery, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle Banking and Oracle ERP Finance
  • Must have exposure to Zafin and/or Oracle Banking Retail Lending (OBRL)
  • Experience with Loan Origination, Loan Disbursement, and Lending workflows
  • Strong system analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design skills
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
  • Oracle, SAFe, CSM, or other Agile certifications
  • Experience working in enterprise banking and financial services environments
