SAP HANA SCM PM / SAP EAM Senior Managing Consultant(Package Consultant )

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP HANA SCM PM / SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Senior Managing Consultant to join a large-scale transformation program. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance along with leadership experience managing enterprise-wide SAP implementations and asset management transformations.

This role requires deep functional knowledge, strong client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams across complex SAP programs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience
• At least 6+ years of experience in SAP EAM / Plant Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of the Utilities / Energy industry
• Hands-on expertise in:
  • SAP S/4HANA EAM
  • Asset Intelligence Network (AIN)
  • Asset Strategy & Performance Management (ASPM)
  • SAP Work Manager / SAP Fiori
• Proven experience leading large-scale SAP transformation programs
• Experience with business case development and roadmap execution
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence C-level executives and senior leadership
• Experience managing cross-functional onshore/offshore delivery teams
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s Degree or MBA preferred

Responsibilities

Client Advisory & Solution Design

• Lead client engagements to assess current asset management processes, systems, and business pain points
• Define and architect SAP EAM solutions including:
  • SAP S/4HANA EAM
  • Intelligent Asset Management
  • Integration with GIS, IoT, and predictive maintenance tools
• Align SAP solution roadmaps with client strategic goals across:
  • Utilities
  • Energy
  • Manufacturing
  • Asset-intensive industries

Program & Delivery Leadership

• Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP EAM programs
• Lead:
  • Scope definition
  • Work planning
  • Team leadership
  • Risk management
• Provide governance and quality assurance across:
  • Solution design
  • Configuration
  • Testing
  • Data migration
  • Cutover activities
• Drive adoption of:
  • Industry best practices
  • RISE with SAP
  • Value realization methodologies

Role Overview

As an SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Senior Managing Consultant, you will serve as a strategic advisor and delivery leader for large-scale SAP asset management transformations. You will combine deep functional expertise in SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance, Asset Lifecycle Management, etc.) with strong consulting and leadership skills to help clients optimize asset performance and reduce operational risk.
