Program Manager / PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A Kforce client is looking for a Program Manager in the Miami area to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and drive successful delivery of strategic programs across technology and business teams. This role is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, aligning stakeholders, managing dependencies, and ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage one or more large, complex programs consisting of multiple interrelated projects
* Partner with business and technology leaders to define program goals, scope, milestones, and success metrics
* Develop and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
* Coordinate cross-functional teams, including project managers, product owners, engineers, and business stakeholders
* Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, issues, and dependencies
* Ensure alignment between program execution and strategic business objectives
* Provide regular program status updates, dashboards, and executive-level communications
* Drive governance processes, including steering committee meetings and decision forums
* Support change management, communication planning, and adoption efforts
Ensure adherence to project and program management best practices and standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of experience in Program or Senior Project Management
* Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams
* Strong knowledge of program and project lifecycle management
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, scope, and risk at the program level
* Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams
* Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments
* Familiarity with SAFe, Lean, or enterprise transformation initiatives
* Background in technology, digital, or enterprise systems programs
* Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
