Role Overview
The XTEL Architect will lead the design and implementation of XTEL’s SaaS-based Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solution for a CPG organization. This role bridges business requirements with technical capabilities, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality delivery aligned with revenue growth management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Configuration
· Configure and document end-to-end TPM solutions using XTEL SaaS platform.
· Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and XTEL standard capabilities; recommend configuration options or closure strategies.
· Ensure system configurations and integrations meet client requirements while minimizing customization.
Implementation & Delivery
· Lead technical and business teams across multiple project phases (Discovery,
· Build, Testing, Deployment, Hypercare).
· Drive workshops with client teams to gather, formalize, and challenge requirements; translate into functional blueprints.
Governance & Risk Management
· Provide technical governance and assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle.
· Identify and mitigate business and technical risks associated with solution configuration and implementation.
Stakeholder Engagement
· Act as a key communication bridge between client business teams and XTEL product engineering.
· Lead discussions on Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and tie them back to data-driven decisions.
Change Management
· Support TPM process development led by client internal teams.
· Collaborate on training programs and change management initiatives to ensure adoption.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
· Strong knowledge of XTEL SaaS platform and TPM processes.
Experience with integrations (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes) and data migration strategies.
· Familiarity with cloud architecture, microservices, and API-based integrations.
Functional Acumen
· Deep understanding of Trade Promotion Management and Revenue Growth Management in CPG context.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
