UX Designer - W2 only

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize user interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
• Design user flows and interactions that are intuitive and seamless
• Work with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in UX design
• Advocate for the user throughout the design process

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
• Understanding of user-centered design principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
