Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 per year
A bit about us:A nationally active litigation boutique is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to support complex, high-stakes trial matters, with a strong preference for intellectual property litigation experience. This role sits at the center of active federal court cases and is ideal for a paralegal who thrives in fast-moving trial environments. The position involves supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation with a heavy emphasis on trial preparation and in-court support, managing trial exhibits, witness lists, binders, demonstratives, and daily trial materials, coordinating expert discovery including reports, exhibits, and deposition logistics, handling document-intensive matters such as ESI management, review workflows, and productions, preparing and filing pleadings in state and federal courts, and supporting depositions, hearings, and trials including on-site trial support when required. The paralegal will work closely with attorneys to ensure deadlines, filings, and trial logistics are executed seamlessly.

Job Details- 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Demonstrated trial experience is required
- Strong command of litigation technology and case management tools
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to operate independently
- Comfortable working directly with partners in a lean, high-performance environment
- True trial-driven work (not document-only litigation)
- High exposure to sophisticated, nationally significant matters
- Respected trial lawyers who heavily rely on their paralegals
