Job Description:
Join our team in Chicago, IL, as a Senior Product Manager on a contract basis. 
This role focuses on enhancing systems and workflows for clinical operations and support teams. 
You will work with cross-functional teams to create scalable solutions using data-driven insights and generic technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
Drive the development and optimization of operational workflows and tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into product specifications.
Create systems to improve service delivery and user experience.
Implement workflow automations and tools to reduce inefficiencies.
Lead initiatives to enhance system reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications
4 years of experience in product management, operations, or strategy in tech-enabled environments.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in generic data querying technologies.
Proven ability to define clear product requirements from complex problems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
