Duration: Long-term

Job Description:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 10+ Years of relevant experience.
Design, develop, and support ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
Implement and maintain ServiceNow Discovery for accurate infrastructure and application dependency mapping.
Configure and manage CMDB governance, reconciliation rules, identification rules, and health dashboards.
Drive CSDM adoption and align CMDB data models with ServiceNow best practices.
Implement and enhance ITOM modules, including Event Management, Service Mapping, and Discovery.
Develop custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Create and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Flow Designer flows, and Integration Hub integrations.
Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications and third-party tools.
Troubleshoot complex platform, discovery, and integration issues.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
Participate in code reviews, platform upgrades, and release management activities.
