About the Opportunity
Looking for a Sourcing Analyst II to support a global sports apparel sourcing team. This hybrid contract role is based in Beaverton, OR and offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally on specialty sport initiatives including global product creation and sourcing strategy.
This position is ideal for candidates with apparel or footwear manufacturing experience who thrive in data-driven, collaborative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support factory allocation and sourcing strategies
- Drive cost planning activities to ensure profitability
- Partner with Finance to align style-level margin targets
- Collaborate with product creation, supply planning, materials, and manufacturing teams
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend sourcing solutions
- Execute sourcing strategy from concept through seasonal execution
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Textiles, or related field (or additional experience in lieu)
- 3+ years sourcing experience
- Apparel and/or footwear manufacturing knowledge
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Retail math understanding
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Preferred:
- Tableau or Power BI experience
- Advanced PowerPoint deck building
- Cross-functional matrix environment experience.
Work Details:
- Hybrid role (On-site Monday Thursday; WFH Fridays)
- Monday Friday, 9am 5pm PST
- 40 hours per week
