Visa Independent Candidate

Mode of Interview : In-Person

We are seeking a highly technical and innovative Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst to help drive the next generation of quality engineering practices within our organization. This individual must be capable of leading strategic automation initiatives, challenging traditional testing approaches, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve team productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

The ideal candidate will combine deep quality engineering expertise with a strong automation and AI mind-set. This person will be expected to influence testing strategy, drive continuous improvement, mentor team members, and identify opportunities to modernize how testing is performed across a portfolio of applications.

Key Expectations

In addition to the standard responsibilities of a Lead Systems Quality Assurance Analyst, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead enterprise-scale test automation initiatives and help define automation strategy across multiple applications.
  • Drive innovation by identifying and implementing AI-enabled solutions that improve testing efficiency, quality, and delivery outcomes.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in modern automation frameworks, including Playwright and related automation technologies.
  • Leverage AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, and other emerging technologies to accelerate testing, automation development, defect analysis, and productivity.
  • Partner with application development teams, product teams, and leadership to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide thought leadership on automation architecture, test coverage, and quality engineering best practices.
  • Establish and improve processes, standards, and templates that enable scalable and repeatable quality engineering practices.
  • Evaluate vendor-delivered solutions and effectively engage with third-party partners to ensure quality, delivery, and accountability expectations are met.
  • Mentor and develop junior and senior QA resources while elevating the overall technical capabilities of the team.
  • Serve as a change agent who challenges the status quo and continuously seeks more effective ways of working.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Systems Quality Assurance experience and systems or application testing, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and automation strategy.
  • Proven experience with Playwright automation development and implementation.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Devin, or similar technologies.
  • Experience leading quality engineering initiatives across multiple applications or programs.
  • Strong understanding of test automation architecture, CI/CD integration, source control, and modern software delivery practices.
  • Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor-delivered testing services.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, lead technical discussions, and drive organizational change.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Preferred Characteristics

  • Strategic thinker who can connect testing activities to business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated history of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to identify opportunities where AI and automation can materially improve delivery outcomes.
  • Natural leader who brings recommendations and solutions rather than simply identifying problems.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-changing environment where technology and processes continue to evolve.

In short: Looking for a quality engineering leader, not just a tester. Someone who understands automation, AI, quality strategy, vendor management, and how to make an entire organization more effective through innovation and modern engineering practices.
