Role Summary
The Field Sales Manger is a quota-carrying, revenue-focused role responsible for driving new business and expanding existing accounts across the group’s engineering and BIM-led service offerings. This role works closely with the VP of Sales, internal sales teams, technical leaders, and customers to manage the complete sales cycle.
The FSR acts as the primary customer-facing representative, responsible for understanding client requirements, positioning the right solutions, and driving revenue through new sales, upselling, and cross-selling.
Key Responsibilities
• Own an annual revenue quota and deliver against defined sales targets
• Work closely with the VP of Sales on account strategy, pipeline reviews, and deal execution
• Collaborate with SDRs, Sales Operations, and Field Sales Managers to drive qualified opportunities
• Serve as the front-facing point of contact for customers across discovery, solutioning, and negotiations
• Lead customer discussions to understand business and technical requirements
• Position and sell engineering, digital engineering, and BIM-led solutions
• Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts
• Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and proposal accuracy
• Manage customer expectations through the sales lifecycle and transition to delivery
