Java Backend Developer - H1 transfer only

Introduction

The client is seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra, PostgreSQL, and Authentication (OAuth & JWT). This role will involve hands-on coding and collaborating with the team to develop robust backend solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Framework, and Microservices architecture
• Integrate and work with Apache Kafka for real-time data processing
• Utilize Apache Cassandra for scalable and high-performance data storage
• Implement secure authentication mechanisms using OAuth and JWT
• Create and optimize database queries in PostgreSQL
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality code
• Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues in a timely manner

Requirements

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot for backend development
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka for event streaming
• Hands-on experience with Apache Cassandra for distributed database management
• Understanding of Authentication protocols such as OAuth and JWT
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries in PostgreSQL
