Summary

Join a global technology organization operating at the heart of the digital hospitality industry, where reliable infrastructure powers high-volume platforms connecting businesses and customers around the world. As an Engineering Manager, you'll lead a talented, internationally distributed team of 10 engineers responsible for the critical systems that keep production services running securely, efficiently, and at scale.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of a sophisticated infrastructure ecosystem spanning Kubernetes, service mesh technologies, Kafka, Vault, and hybrid cloud environments. You'll have the autonomy to influence technical direction, strengthen operational resilience, and develop a high-performing engineering team while partnering with experienced infrastructure and platform leaders.

If you enjoy solving complex reliability challenges, empowering engineers to do their best work, and building platforms that support millions of daily interactions, this role offers the scale, ownership, and leadership impact to take your career further.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of engineering management experience leading Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or SRE teams, with a demonstrated ability to mentor engineers, coordinate multiple technical initiatives, establish clear priorities, and drive operational accountability across distributed teams.
  • Strong technical background supporting large-scale infrastructure across AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, or hybrid environments, including Kubernetes-based platforms, Linux systems administration, and automation using Python, Go, or Bash.
  • Proven experience overseeing production-critical services, including incident management, on-call operations, root-cause investigations, and reliability improvements, with the ability to translate complex infrastructure challenges into actionable technical strategies and communicate effectively across engineering and business stakeholders.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Advanced knowledge of Kubernetes networking, service mesh architectures, distributed event streaming, and secrets management, including technologies such as Apache Kafka, MirrorMaker, and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Experience implementing infrastructure configuration management and automation using Puppet, Ansible, or similar technologies to improve consistency, security, and operational efficiency across complex environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-enabled infrastructure operations, including intelligent monitoring, incident analysis, automated troubleshooting, or AI-assisted engineering workflows that improve platform reliability and team productivity.

  • Hands-On Engineering: 60%
  • Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Work: 40%
