Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Service Techno-Functional Lead (Service & Spare Parts) with strong expertise in Service and Spare Parts management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, enhancements, integrations, and support initiatives across Oracle EBS Service modules while acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires deep functional knowledge combined with strong technical capability in customization, integrations, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Leadership

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle E-Business Suite Service modules.
• Configure and manage:
  • Oracle Field Service
  • Oracle Service Contracts
  • Oracle Install Base
  • Depot Repair
  • Service Requests lifecycle
• Manage Spare Parts lifecycle including forecasting, stocking, ordering, returns, and warranty tracking.
• Design and optimize Service and Spare Parts business processes.
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis and provide scalable solutions.

Technical Responsibilities

• Design and develop customizations using:
  • PL/SQL
  • Reports (XML Publisher / BI Publisher)
  • Interfaces & APIs
  • Workflow
• Lead integrations between Service modules and:
  • Oracle Inventory
  • Oracle Order Management
  • Oracle Purchasing
  • Third-party logistics or CRM systems
• Oversee data migration and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure system performance optimization and issue resolution.

Leadership & Governance

• Act as solution architect for Service & Spare Parts domain.
• Lead onshore/offshore teams.
• Own end-to-end solution design documentation (BRD, FDD, TDD).
• Drive UAT, SIT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide production support and incident management oversight.
• Engage directly with business stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 10+ years of Oracle EBS experience.
• 6+ years in Oracle Service modules (Field Service, Service Contracts, Install Base).
• Strong knowledge of Spare Parts management and service supply chain.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
• Strong SQL / PL-SQL expertise.
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong integration experience using APIs and interface tables.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
